How to use aluminium tape for polycarbonate panels
Our aluminium AntiDUST® tape for polycarbonate panels is used to seal the upper end of multiwall sheets to prevent insects, moisture, or mould from entering the internal structure. To maximize the effect of the tape, a correct application is important. This is how you do it: make sure that the surface to which the tape is applied is clean and dry. Open the package of the aluminium AntiDUST® tape for polycarbonate sheets and peel off the amount of tape you need from the roll, but do not tear or cut it yet. While doing so, press the tape firmly into place while unrolling it, and tear or cut it off with a sharp knife or pair of scissors. Please keep in mind that our tape is not fully water-repellent, to let moisture drain from the polycarbonate sheets.
